Introduction

Dr. Shinu Azeez Rafeeka, a postgraduate dentist from University College London (UCL), is one of the founding members of Ibinsina Medical Centre and Amina Hospital in Ajman. Since 1998, she has played a pivotal role in the expansion of these institutions into multiple medical centers and pharmacies. Dr. Shinu is a certified implantologist from Cambridge and has trained in strategic decision-making at the London School of Economics (LSE). In 2004, she introduced the most popular accredited CME program in the Northern Emirates, organizing over 30 events that have engaged more than 3,000 healthcare professionals. She has also served as a lecturer at Ajman University of Science and Technology, published papers in international medical journals, and lectured at various conferences.

In addition to leading the Aaliya Health and Educational Foundation, which supports underprivileged communities in India . She also founded Woodlempark Public School, an educational institution that offers world class education to diverse segments of society.
